II Anniversary

For our 2° brewery birthday we decide to brew a belgian style dark ale, (a style that is inusual for us), and put all the batch in old oak barrels.II° Anniversary is brewed with italian Pilsner malt, dark candy sugar, Munich, Special B and a touch of Carafa II, lightly spiced during the boil with coriander. Fermented with a blend of 2 belgian yeast strains, and aged for 60 days in barrels, this beer have 10,5% alcool and will improve and take complexity if aged in cellar.19 June is the day of our anniversary, and is the perfect day for this beer!
