California Common, a true American Style made popular by the legends at Anchor in San Fran. This was my first brewery trip out to the West Coast, and the tour was the true catalyst that got me into Brewing.San Fran being too warm for lagers, Anchor took lager yeast and fermented it at the warmer temps which created this American Style still enjoyed today. Just another example of using what you have!
