Pineapple IPA (Brew#500)

To mark brew #500 we let the Shed Heads decide. The Pineapple IPA won the ballot. Boozy with a decent whack of pineapple upfront, mango, honey and caramel. Low to moderate sweetness, light acid moderately dry on the finish with pineapple that lingers for days. Fresh pineapples in whirlpool and a post ferment addition of pineapple juice. Contains lactose.
