Never Swim Alone-Wine Barrel Aged

Описание

Our base Berliner Weisse finds mountains of black currant and raspberry puree waiting in American Pinot Noir barrels, the addition of hundreds of pounds of raw cocoa nibs plunges this specialty sour into the deep end of flavor. Big seeded fruit, luscious powdered cocoa, and juicy wine aromatics couple nicely with a light dry body, tart berry and rich cocoa flavors.
