Cunard is a plethora of cider apples from the valley, cold fermented and aged with wild fermented Dolgo crabapples for one year. Expressive aromas of ripe apples mingle with background floral notes. Moderately tannic with complex melon and tart pear, Cunard finishes dry with light distant spice.
