ALPHA TEST #1 as a West Coast IPA provides an all-rounder base platform for the exploration of hops; complete with the classic clean grainy-malt character, appreciable IPA bitterness and iconic pale-gold hue. Using a new technique incorporating hops at specific stages of the enzyme-rich mash, aromatic thiols are derived to increase the saturation and profiles of hop flavour and aroma. Exogenous enzymes were added to the fermentation to help preserve the volatile monoterpene alcohols that give hop-forward beers that sensory wow factor.7% ABV and double dry-hopped with Citra, Idaho7, and cryo-Simcoe, ALPHA TEST #1 is pure liquid IPA appreciation that will coat your palate with sticky hop flavour whilst retaining that supreme drinkability.
