Dry Hopped Wit Beer, Strata, Citra, Bru 1 and a judicious use of fruit. Strips of coriander seed and orange peel stretch along your tongue. You’re either on the bus...or off the bus.We picked hop varieties for this beer that we thought would complement the Wit flavour profile whilst also giving it that DEYA touch. So:Citra - Citrussy, limey, general tropical vibes.BRU-1 - Sweet pineapple/tropical aromaStrata - Orange juicy. We are really happy with how it came out, plenty of orange, candied fruit, light clove, clean low bitterness and a touch of tartness on the close.
