“We’re all Scotland’s story, and we’re all worth the same” (The Proclaimers, Scotland’s Story)This year’s collaboration with the Singapore St Andrew’s Society is an appropriately North European style IPA, brewed with a touch of Viking influence from Hothead Kveik yeast. With malt and hops (rarely found in Scotland) from around the world, this is a celebration of both the Scots diaspora and those who have brought their own cultures and influences to Scotland’s story! Enjoy fresh herbal notes and hints of dried orchard fruit around the edges, with a distinct flowery, spicy, citrus-like flavour and aroma.
