YTT is a milk stout brewed with lactose and a big addition of oats. On the nose there is a hint of roast, and chocolate. The body on this one is full and so very velvety. A silky creaminess is left on the palate as the light roast hits the backend. There is a delicate balance between the sweetness of the lactose and the bitterness of the dark malts which swirl together perfectly for a lasting flavour experience. Pro tip: let this one warm up a few degrees before you drink it.
