Fast forward 100 odd years and we just simply combine the black liquid gold with the tasty molluscs!A rich, smooth and smoky stout was combined with fresh whole oysters to deliver a delectable experience. Hints of chocolate, gentle smoke and a marine like brine aromas on the nose then you taste the velvet like mouthfeel, a rich chocolate and roasted coffee flavours all perfectly balanced with a delightful oyster character.This brew is rich, decadent and must be tried!
