▶ "Ruo-Meng" is aged in bourbon oak barrels sourced from Kentucky's Heaven Hill Distillery, imparting smoky notes and a wild yeast-derived tartness to this high-ABV plum sour beer. These flavors intertwine with a lingering finish of vanilla and Taiwanese plum.
