Mecca Grade in Madras, OR contacted uswith an awesome opportunity to use someof their exceptional pilsner malt that wasaffected by the smoke from last year’swildfires. What better way to raise somefunds than with a traditional GermanRauch Helles? These beers areintriguingly complex, with both smokecharacter and a shockingly refreshingfinish that lets you enjoy pint after pint.
