Appearance is hazy yellow with a generous, persistent foam reminiscent of whipped egg whites which clings to the glass. Aroma is initially Belgian yeast notes of pear and banana which give way to a gentle, floral hop aroma with a hint of orange peel. On the palate this beer displays a prominent balanced, biscuity malty flavor as well as some of the fruity, floral, and citrusy character displayed by the aroma. Body is light and crisp with high carbonation, and a dry malty/floral finish.
