Introducing Mount Eden, an exquisite oak barrel-aged saison featuring kiwis and quince from our friends at Mission-Trail Ranches, alongside Nelson Sauvin Cryo hops from MacHops in New Zealand. This unique beer underwent a ten-month aging process in red wine barrels, then was re-fermented on the fruit for two months. The day before bottling, we added in the Nelson Sauvin Cryo hops (making Mount Eden our second-ever dry-hopped mixed fermentation brew)! Aromas of passion fruit, kiwi, and lemon-lime invite you in, while flavors of oak, quince, and a hint of black pepper provide a delightful finish. Much like Auckland's iconic Mount Eden, this saison stands tall—resulting in a peak experience for your palate.
