How do you brew a pastry stout using nothing but coffee? You are looking for the most delicious dessert coffee that you can get your hands on and use exclusively that. A wet evening in Sankt Pederstræde followed by sleepless nights, and everything was crystal clear: Macedamia Cream and vanilla flavored coffee from the legendary Østerlandsk Thehus in Copenhagen.This is a demo version of the non-released version of Shadowplay made in collab with Kasper Brew - it's exclusively made for Fanøs Strong Beer Festival 2023.
