A house call was a customary practice where doctors would visit patients’ homes to provide care. When Matt (Wandering Soul) paid us a visit to discuss this collab, we discussed our mutual admiration for Michigan Hop Alliance and how we wanted to feature their Michigan-grown Bitter Gold, Chinook, Rakau and Multihead hops in this NEIPA due to their terroir bringing the best out in these varieties.
