Belgian style brown ale aged in wine barrels for over six months with various Brett strains and Pedio souring bacteria. One of the few barrel aged mixed fermentation beers on the market that is can conditioned and not sterile filtered or pasteurised. Complex dark fruit profile with pleasant acidity.
