This schwarzbier has been matured for 12 months in ex-Isle of Raasay Distillery rye whisky casks.Roasted malt, dark as the dungeon of Brochel Castle, combined with sweet vanilla from American oak make this barrel-aged beer a fusion of coasts, East & West- and the best of contemporary Highland brewing & distilling.
