A collaboration between Oriel Beer and Bereta from Timisoara, an audacious Gose, aged in oak barrels for 11 months. Barley and wheat malt, wheat flakes, coriander seeds, Hallertau Mittelfruh hop, Himalayan salt, kettle soured with Lactobacillus Helveticus and fermented primary with a London yeast strain, Templed in twilight is a true gem among beers. A beautiful bright color with fizzy body and champagne characteristics round up with a burst of aromas of flower petals, vanilla, raspberries and toasted oak. The taste is mighty with brut, acidic notes, salt, limetta, biscotti, wood sweetness, raspberry pie and sparkles of mild spiciness, creating an uncommon amalgam close to transcendence. A long aftertaste lingers on the palate leaving a subtle sweetness with a light citrus flavor.
