A super smooth hazy DDH DIPA with a lovely blend of tropical and citrus hop flavours and a nice balance between sweetness and a little bitterness.Brewer's Notes:For our third DIPA (not counting collabs), we layered Idaho 7, El Dorado, Azacca, Hallertau Blanc and Galaxy for a complex and delicious fruitiness blending both tropical and citrus notes. A touch of sweetness helps bring out the fruity flavours and adds body, while just a little bitterness balanced the beer out.We used over 25g per liter of the best hops we could find in this one spread out over the whirlpool and 2 big dry hops.Ingredients:Malted barley, oats, rye, honey, hops and yeast
