Last year we had sourced two Apricot Brandy barrels and just had to let one rest to package by itself. This single barrel bottling is a great example of what a specialty barrel can provide to a beer. A hint of vanilla and pronounced apricot sweetness abound. Some of my favorite beers we make are these single barrel batches, where nothing can be blended in (or out)!
