Vol 2 sees Steamworks and Dageraad to create a sumptuous golden ale aged in rye barrels with a bunch of dried apricots and peaches. The result is a layered flavour bomb that kicks off with citrus and mellow oak aromas leading into a heady tart, vaguely winey ale showing tannins and spice alongside sourness.
