Birra nata dalle rivisitazione della Magut (German Pilsner) in stile americano. Nel 2013 sulla scia delle IPA che dominavano il mercato, a Lambrate sono state impiegate due delle migliori qualità del birrificio: le basse fermentazioni e le luppolature decise ma eleganti. Il risultato è una birra di riferimento nel mondo delle "hoppy lager" anche se noi l'abbiamo volutamente definita "west coast pils" per sottolineare sia la luppolatura di stampo americano, sia la caratteristica facilità di bevuta tipica dello stile pilsner.***This beer represents an American style reworking of our Magut (German Pilsner). In Lambrate, in 2013, in the wake of IPA market domination, we deployed two of our brewery's finest qualities: bottom fermentation and decisive but elegant hopping.
