St. Francis Abbey is our Nitro Red Ale, inspired by the classic Irish town of Kilkenny. Brewed with a foundation of Irish base malt and East Kent Golding hops, this beer offers a rich malt character with hints of caramel and toffee, finished with a nitro-infused pour. St. Francis Abbey Brewery in Kilkenny, the oldest operating brewery in Ireland from 1710 until its closure in 2013, was the original home of Kilkenny Cream Ale. Our St. Francis Abbey Nitro Red Ale pays tribute to this historic brewery and its rich brewing legacy.
