This Is Not A Beer: Hard Seltzer: Raspberry & Blackberry

Don’t drink this for what it is…not. Though we are a brewery, this is NOT a beer. This is our take on a hard seltzer – but of a fermented variety. Just add a little sugar to water, then some fruit, a load of happy yeast cells and a bit of time. You can think of it as a soda on steroids, if you will. Steroids in this case being alcohol. An alternative for your gluten sensitive buddies that you drag to a taproom only to drool over delicious, malted beverages not always suited to their guts. To us, an experiment to understand fermentation a bit better. And worry not, we have no plans of abandoning all the beery things we have been making for the last 13 some years. Still, we felt we had to give this a go – FOR SCIENCE!
