Do Good Brew Cranberry & Heather started as a prototype for Michelin-awarded Restaurant Grön's fall menu 2021.We created this thick and delightful sour beer with huge amounts of Finnish cranberries and heather.The beer ended up to be to bold to pair with their delicate dishes but we fell in love with this and hided the recipe to our special drawer (most likely somewhere around Ilpo's home office).For the 2023 holiday season we wanted to brew something special so we brought this back and made a batch of 140 bottles of this beauty.It goes superb paired with conversation of friends and loved ones but you'd also want to try this with creamy cheeses or pastas.
