Hop Products Experimental Pale Ale

Traditional American Pale ale fermented with an experimental yeast, Berkeley Labs London Tropics, a yeast built to express rich passion fruit and tropical aromas by releasing aromatic hop compounds. We also used only new liquid hop products in our whirlpool and dry hop additions, including Citra Incognito, Salvo Calypso, and Citra Spectrum. The result is an old-school East Coast pale ale with very low bitterness and passion fruit and pine resin aromas.
