Much like hops, tea can be steeped into beer as the brewing process is performed. For this IPA, our brewers added both gunpowder green tea and dried chamomile to the brew kettle and during fermentation, creating floral and herbaceous notes, along with a hint of black cherry aroma. The flavor is quite unique, showcasing a creamsicle-like character, while a soft mouthfeel and moderate bitterness round out the sip.
