Raspberry & Cherry | 2021 Harvest was pulled from a single barrel of traditionally brewed spontaneously fermented beer from the 2020 brewing season.In early July 2021, we received a fresh harvest of Montmorency cherries and added these directly to oak with the beer at a rate of over 4 lbs per gallon. Soon after, we received our harvest of New Jersey red raspberries and added them directly to the same barrels at a rate of over 1.5 lbs per gallon.At bottling, this blend had an average age of 17 months and has been conditioning since it’s bottling in 2022.Pours an ambered red with an off-white pink foam, and pushes aromatics of sweet red fruits, raspberry jam and underlying cherry pie filling.
