We’ve always loved sours, and when we had the chance to use local Victorian raspberries, and our own Calamansi to craft a delicious sour beer, how could we say no? Calamansi (also known as Kumquats) have an incredible aroma, and deliciously sharp citric taste. When combined with fresh raspberries, the result is just fantastic!
