Don't fly too close to the Sun Daedalus warns Icarus!This IIPA as with Medusa wasn't intended, but after some experimentation with an existing product and a don't tell me no attitude, here we are nursing melted wings! Super clean and focussed at 7.5%, loaded with a dry hop bill of an old school classic in Simcoe and an exciting new hop called Talus.
