Regent Wine Grape | 2021 Harvest is based on a three-year blend of spontaneously fermented beer/wine-hybrid, using 51% spontaneous beer to 49% New Jersey grown and harvest Regent grapes from @bellviewwinery.⁣⁣The beer pours inky purple with big, juicy red fruit aromatics, a silky mouthfeel from a full malolactic fermentation and just enough citrusy support from the base blend to remind it's still a beer.⁣
