Skål! Beware Berserkers', a Red Kveik with Lingonberry and Elderflower, 6%, brewed in collaboration with the vikings over at Mjølner ?Berserkers' pours a beautiful blood red and hits you with a strong upfront aroma of lingonberry and elderflower. Fermented with Voss Kveik yeast, esters of candied orange, rose hip and a slight farmhouse character is balanced by herbaceous and floral elderflower and tart lingonberries. Both powerful and complex, Berserkers' was brewed with a single malt and a single hop to showcase these classic Nordic ingredients.
