Of the Vine: PA Rosé

Our “Of the Vine” series combines the wonderful worlds of apples and grapes. We source grape pomace, pressed skins, seeds, and stems, from our friends at Manatawny Creek Winery, and rest it in our cider to introduce a range of subtle nuance to the final blend. For PA Rosé we used two PA-grown grapes that were bred from native New World grapes. Cayuga, a white grape, and Steuben, a red, combine to present a lovely Rosé appearance, with a bit of grape acidity, and a lovely tannic backbone with light fruity notes throughout. Enjoy the blending of blurring of the worlds of cider and wine!
