Fading Rays

Fading Rays is a bourbon barrel-aged stout created with Radiant Beer Co. for our April 2025 Function pop-ups in Portland. This complex brew aged in a blend of Heaven Hill barrels for 21 months, Cutwater bourbon barrels for 15 months, and Kentucky Owl barrels for 16 months before being infused with brown sugar, cacao, and vanilla. Each sip unveils layers of fudge, brown sugar, and chocolate cake batter enveloped in a viscous, velvety mouthfeel. Brimming with depth and decadence, Fading Rays leaves a lasting impression that endures beyond the glass.
