100% Pilsner malt base + Weihenstephaner yeast fermented at 17Cº + Dry hopped with NZ Hops = Hazy pilsner with floral aroma and subtle bitter aftertaste!When the guys from Burnt Mill came to town we got them over to the brewery to make a collab. We wanted something different and interesting, easy drinking for the summer coming but also tasty. What's easier to drink than a pilsner, but we dry hopped it with some citric and tropical New Zealand Hops.Dry Hopped with Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin, it has a thin body but also the bite of the hops in the aftertaste giving it a simple yet complex flavour at a very light ABV
