Our first commercial beer, brewed on 11/11/2020, on the installation off BRAUW in Genk.This hoppy blond ale is brewed with exclusively in Belgium grown hops at 't Hoppecruyt.We used Belgian Magnum, Cascade and Sorachi Ace, so the label proudly wears the golden Belgian Hops logo !Martin of Tours, ca. 316, often called Saint Martin, was bishop of the city of Tours. Saint Martin is a 'merkeldag'/day. These days have sayings that predict the weather according to popular belief, eg "Haze in Saint Martin's night make winter short and mild". His feast day falls on November 11. He is the patron saint of, ao Genk, Meeuwen and Herk-de-Stad.
