The Serpent's Head

The Serpent’s Head is a new West Coast IPA crafted in collaboration with our friends at Ghost Town Brewing, and is a riff off our previous collab, Serpents in the Bramble. This IPA showcases some of our favorite hops: New Zealand-grown Nelson Sauvin and Citra Cryo from Washington's Double R Ranches. Enhanced with Simcoe Abstrax—a new hop product added for maximum hop saturation—The Serpent's Head delivers expressive hop character accompanied by a clean bitterness. Aromas of dank, lychee, and dehydrated pineapple grace the senses, while a balanced taste profile of bold citrus and subtle stone fruit intertwine on the palate.
