O’zapft is!The “Oktoberfest” has officially started and so we present to you our new recipe. Brewed exclusively for the famous Bavarian festival in Munich, our new recipe has a taste and inspiration from another city in northern Bavaria, Bamberg.Kapnia is the black ash that is deposited on various surfaces (walls, chimneys), produced by the incomplete combustion of combustible substances. This is how we named our new bottom-fermented recipe that was brewed with 100% smoked malts and has a special smoky character with just 4.5% ABV.An authentically traditional German type of beer, our new recipe, “Kapnia” is waiting for you to discover it...
