Brewed for a special pairing with Cleveland Cookie Dough, this rich Brown takes inspiration from Samoa cookies. We steeped organic coconut flakes in our luscious chocolatey brown ale which gathers its nuanced flavors from a medley of roasted and caramel malts and vanilla. A touch of sweetness comes through in the finish from the addition of lactose. A true delight!
