Bloom is beer brewed in the New England IPA style, with its soft mouthfeel, aromatic hops and slight residual sweetness. We have called it Session OatIPA, because it is a beer you can drink a lot of, as it is only 2,8 percent alcohol. Oat because it is packed with oats that contribute to its superb and creamy mouthfeel. It is dry-hopped with Citra, Hüll Melon and Mosaic that brings flavors of honeydew melon, pear, citrus and floral notes. This is tropical juice in a glass, where you need not worry if you can drink two.
