Wild Ale with Raspberries Aged in Oak BarrelsBottle Release 2/11 - $18This is a blend of two oak barrels selected with our friends from Other Half Brewing. One brought a bright lemony acidity from one of our house cultures, the other a berry note from a wild culture. That served as a perfect base for raspberries! With 440 lbs of raspberries that is nearly .5 lb of fruit for each bottle! The result is a jammy fruit flavor and aroma, with balancing acidity from the beer.Brewed: 2021 – Bottled: 12/14/22Final pH: 3.44 – Cellar Up To: 3 yearsBottle Count: 756 – 1 Pint .9 fl oz/500 mL
