This collaborative project was started in 2013 as an effort to bring more awareness and raise money for ALS Therapy Development. YCH has developed a super cool blend of hops and shipped them to participating breweries around the country. A portion of the sales of this beer goes directly to support ALS Therapy Development.We put together a hefty grain bill of pilsner and Vienna malt and large helpings of flaked oats and wheat to support the massive dry-hopping of this rad hop blend. Soft and pillowy mouthfeel with a saturating flavor and aroma full of tropical fruit, peachy stone fruit, berry and papaya.
