Saison is the only farmhouse ale we make that doesn't have a late hop in the brew kettle and as such, it allows the yeast to really be the star of the show. This blend is easily discernible as Saison, with very pleasant notes of orange citrus and memories of 2014. It has medium acidity and a strong body.
