SHADOWFAX is our Belgian IPA brewed with extra wheat and barley with a west coast style bitterness from Citra and Amarillo hops. The beer is fermented out with Belgian Abby yeast. We kept the fermentation temperature lower for a subtle peppery spice note from the yeast to allow the bright citrusy orange to blend in. This beer finishes quite dry, leaving you ready for the next sip.
