Atslanika (עצלניקה)

Session IPA is intended for those of us who like a lot of taste, bitterness and character in their beer, but also like to drink a lot of it. Despite its bold nature, the beer remains light-bodied and the percentage of alcohol is KEPT relatively low. For this IPA we used a mix of particularly aromatic and fruity hop varieties and among them for the first time also a particularly intriguing Australian hops Enigma. Atslanika was created by our team of brewers - Alon Schwartz and Roni Nika Lipkin - and it was named so in honor of Roni's birthday.
