佳子 - Special Hazy IPA

This Hazy IPA idea came from a good friend of ours who is also a local newscaster. Yoshiko loves craft beer and we wanted to give her the chance to make her own beer. She wanted a low-ABV Hazy IPA with orange peel and black pepper. A combination that we would have never thought to attempt! We sourced a special variety of late-harvest Vietnamese black peppercorns for this beer. What you get is a one-of-a-kind aroma of orange, passion fruit, peach, and spicy citrus notes. The mouthfeel is full body with a slight sweetness that helps hide the spiciness until the end.
