A gose brewed with peach and Carolina reapers. Aka HOT.We were trying to come up with something new and fun at the brewery. A concept based around exciting flavors, and drinkability. The execution is a peach and carolina reaper infused gose. A tantalizing aroma of gummi peach lead to preeminitions of a sweet and sour juicy confection. But what is hiding underneath the aroma is the glowing heat of the reapers. We are just playing with fire here. We don’t want a beer that tastes like hot sauce, but a gose you can come back to again and again.
