Brewed with a simple blend of Belgian Pilsner malt and Sterling hops, there is more to this complex farmhouse ale than meets the eye. High-temp fermentation with a classic Saison yeast strain coaxed out a beautiful blend of fruity and spicy character, lightly balanced by zesty hops and crisp malt.
