This Blonde ale is brewed with French Saison yeast and was fermented at relatively warm temperatures (up to 78 degrees F). The warm fermentation along with the house flavor of the yeast impart a fruity, herbal, slightly spicy, tart flavor that is perfect to enjoy on a warm summer day.
